CSC – Cruise Service Center GmbH has set out to optimise customer service in the cruise industry. We offer cruise lines as well as cruise portals and GSAs the opportunity to
– analyse their customer touch points,
– create an optimisation plan with regard to the relevant KPIs and, above all
– and, above all, to improve accessibility and customer satisfaction in customer communication before and after the booking through a team put together for the respective partner.
CSC was founded in August 2023 by Frank Riecke, former Managing Director of Opodo, A-ROSA Reisen, TUI.com and Kreuzfahrtberater. The company is based in Hamburg Hammerbrook, a stone’s throw away from Mein Schiff and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises.
